WFCU - New Training Facility (Windsor)

Customer Need:

Complete renovation of an existing work area to create a modern, functional training facility. Scope included removal of existing flooring, office walls, doors, ceilings, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Concerns / Obstacles:

• Asbestos removal required certified handling (in-house certified team was used)
• Maintaining the structural integrity of the existing building
• Coordinating multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, framing, flooring)
• Ensuring the space remained safe and compliant throughout construction

SRS Solution:
We completed a full interior demolition and rebuild, including new flooring, framed office spaces, updated electrical and plumbing systems, new ceilings, doors, and finishes. The space was redesigned to support training needs and daily operations.
