Customer Need:
Structural repairs to 10 residential units with bowing, tipping, and shearing foundation walls.

Concerns / Obstacles:

  • Engineering firm originally proposed a different repair method
  • High cost and long timeline under original plan
  • Tenants living in units during the project

SRS Solution:
We worked directly with the engineer and proposed a more engineered solution - which was fully approved. Our method allowed all 10 units to be repaired without full wall replacement.

Work included injecting all cracks with epoxy, waterproofing exterior walls, and installing our waler system to prevent further bowing or cracking.
