Customer Need:
To create an outdoor amenity space where tenants can relax and enjoy the waterfront views along Riverside Drive.

We constructed a new exterior walkway, poured a concrete patio, and built a custom gazebo structure for tenant use. All work was completed with safety controls in place to minimize impact on building occupants.
