Apartment Building – AODA-Compliant Stairway

Customer Need:
To upgrade the main entrance stairway to meet current AODA accessibility requirements.

Concerns / Obstacles:

• Working on an existing building with structural limitations
• Ensuring safe access for tenants during the upgrade
• Bringing older construction up to current accessibility codes

SRS Solution:
We installed new TWSIs (Tactile Walking Surface Indicators) onto the existing stairway at the main entrance. All work was completed with safety measures in place to maintain tenant access throughout the project while ensuring full compliance with AODA standards.
