• 30-foot ceilings required specialized equipment and safety planning
• Broken granite stair treads that needed repair before coverage
• Work had to be completed during regular business hours without shutting down the lobby

Our team repaired all holes in the drywall, repainted wall and ceiling, polished the railings, and completed repairs to the marble flooring. We repaired the broken granite stairs, installed new commercial grade anti-slip vinyl stair treads and landings. updated the lobby lighting for a complete refresh.
