Customer Need:

Refreshed, modernized stairwells of a newly purchased building to match their updated color scheme.

Concerns / Obstacles:

• Asbestos removal required certified handling (in-house certified team was used)
• Tight summer-break timeline
• Large areas requiring flooring, painting, concrete repairs, and ceiling upgrades
• Additional staff needed to meet deadlines

SRS Solution:
We removed all asbestos tiles, re-leveled the concrete, installed new vinyl treads and landing flooring, painted all walls and doors, installed new baseboards, and replaced ceiling tiles.

• In house environmental teams to complete the removal of hazardous materials
